The Science and Spirit of Meditation (the meditation class for the rest of us)
This two hour talk is for everyone who has struggled to get on a regular meditation schedule, or even be able to effectively meditate at all.

We will cover the purpose of meditation, scientifically proven physical and emotional benefits of meditation, and simple, proven techniques to train your body and mind to work together to bring a regular meditation routine into your life.
